How to claim if I find a better price?
If you find a lower price anywhere than www.hotelelcall.com booked in within 2 hours from the booking confirmation, you must send a request Best Rate Guarantee Claim to email reservas@hotelcall.es, or fax +34 933 181 978.
Please include a screenshot (Keys “Print. Screen / SysRq” or “PrtSc key” or “Command-Shift-4” and paste) with the details of the rules and restrictions of this rate that should be available.
Once our reservations team verifies that the information is correct and meets the necessary Terms and Conditions, we will contact you to notify the change of rate with the 5% discount included.
Terms and Conditions
The customer must make a reservation through the website www.hotelelcall.com
The conditions for the best rate found on another website must exactly match the net rate booked at the Hotel Call:
- same type of room and same kind of bed
- same duration and dates of stay
- same conditions of sale, cancellation payment, prepayment,or relating to changes in the reservation
- same number of people
- same currency
Price available to the public through the Internet and verifiable by the team of Hotel Call.
The comparison rate shall not include taxes associated to the city / country concerned or any other taxes associated with the room rate.
Fees for which no best price guarantee applies
- Rates not publicly guaranteed (as negotiated rates, special contracts or group rates, tour operators, companies, associations, etc.).
- Rates corresponding to opaque online pages. (without identifying the hotel name, exact address or availability of rooms until the user has not made payment of booking).
- Rates from “promotional packs”.
- Rates containing flaws on their website at the time of making the request or reservation.
- Changes in rate, relative to fluctuations and / or differences in currency exchange rates. The amount should be the same as that applied in Euros Hotel Call at the time of purchase.
